Nothing here requires a long commitment to find out whether we are useful to you. Every engagement is scoped and agreed before anything is billed, so the figures below are starting points rather than a menu.

Per session
Ninety minutes on one problem, followed by a written summary and a recommendation you can act on without us. Often this is the whole engagement, and that is a good outcome.
Scoped project

Fixed scope
A defined scope, deliverable and timeline. A model, a system, an analysis or a document, built and handed over with the reasoning documented so your team can maintain it.
Ongoing advisory

Retained access for teams that want a senior second opinion available on a recurring basis, before decisions are made rather than after they need repairing.
The open door
Good advice should not only reach the people who can already afford it.
Each month we hold open a set number of working sessions at no charge. They are for founders early enough that five hundred dollars is a real decision, for nonprofits, for students, and for people rebuilding something after a hard stretch.
There is no application and no means testing. Say so plainly in your note, tell us what you are working on, and if the month is already full we will tell you when the next sessions open.
This is not a discount, and the rates above hold. It is a share of the practice kept deliberately set aside, because the people who most need a clear head on a hard problem are often the least able to buy one.
